The first business center with a helipad

 

At the beginning of 2014, the first A + class IQ business center in Ukraine will open in the business center of Kiev. According to the project developer - the company “K.A.N. Development ", the construction of the IQ business center, located in the Pechersky district of Kyiv at the intersection of Druzhby Narodov Boulevard and Strutinsky Street, is proceeding according to schedule and will be completed at the end of this year.

A unique feature of the complex will be a certified helipad located on the roof of a 19-storey building.

The heliport, the diameter of the working part of which is 30 meters, will be able to accommodate most helicopters with a takeoff weight of up to 4 tons and a maximum overall size of up to 15 meters. The site is certified according to the rules of visual flights without the possibility of refueling the aircraft. The heliport will be located above the office building with a separate exit to the VIP elevator.

“The helipad is ready in the volume of the construction part. Now the main meteorological and control equipment is being purchased for its subsequent certification”, says Anna Popruga, Head of the Marketing and Sales Department of the  K.A.N. Development company.

The complex, the total area of ​​which is 45,195 square meters, has its own infrastructure: the Sport Life Fitness DeLux fitness club with a swimming pool and the first unique outdoor zone, a conference complex, a restaurant with a terrace and a dining room for employees, a bank branch, SPA -center, beauty salon, travel agency, as well as underground parking and guest parking.
